Hot Mess to Healing: A Wellness Journey Fueled by pinterest, cookie dough, and delusions.

Life’s been feeling heavy, hasn’t it? If you’re like me, the days are blurring together, and it feels like the universe is testing just how much we can take. I don’t know about you, but it’s been one of those weeks (or weeks, if we’re being honest) where you just keep pushing forward because what else can you do? The kind of weeks where everything feels like it’s piling up and your to-do list becomes a never-ending wave crashing over you.

For me, it’s been all about preparing for a big move and juggling the decision of whether to finish school or dive fully into my entrepreneurial passion. I’ve spent hours weighing the pros and cons, trying to decide what’s the right path forward. The uncertainty is exhausting, and honestly, it’s been hard to know if I’m making the right choice.

But here’s the thing: I’ve come to realize that sometimes we don’t have all the answers right now, and that’s okay. We’re all just figuring it out, one step (and Pinterest board) at a time. I’ve leaned on everything that helps me cope lately, whether that’s scrolling through inspiring quotes, eating cookie dough straight out of the bowl or letting myself daydream about the future, no matter how delusional those visions might seem.

The truth is, we’re all going through something, and sometimes it feels like we’re stuck in a hot mess. But in that mess is where the magic happens. It’s where growth comes from. So, to anyone else who’s feeling like they’re drowning under the weight of it all, remember: you’re not alone. We’ve got this—together. We’ll turn this hot mess into healing, one day at a time.

In the meantime here are  2 things that have been helping me <3

(Date Yourself)

Mix 1 cup of OIKOS Triple Zero vanilla yogurt with 1 tbsp of your favorite nut butter. Stir in Lily’s dark chocolate chips until your heart says it’s just right (or wildly excessive — we don’t judge).

Dip a pitted medjool date, take a bite, and realize… you’re the best date you’ve ever had.

(Reconnect with you ) Start strong — it’s your glow-up era. Search pics that scream “I’m expensive, emotionally stable, and disgustingly successful.” Add quotes like “I attract only aligned opportunities” or “I don’t chase, I attract.” Throw in a Range Rover, a croissant, and maybe Ryan Gosling — for visual balance, of course

Set it as your lock screen so you can accidentally manifest every time you check the time.

Love, P
