Okay ladies, relax. This isn’t another sad blog. But it is about growth and connection… and let’s be real, those almost always start in a messy, vulnerable place. So stay with me, I’ll keep it short.
Lately, I’ve been doing this thing in my day to day life, in my relationships, in how I handle chaos, and I think it might flip the way you see things. It’s simple, but it hits hard.
I stopped seeing discomfort as a sign that I was doing something wrong. I started seeing it as proof that I’m not lost. I’m just challenging myself. To build muscle, you have to add weight and push through some pain.
Because let’s be honest, feeling off, out of place, unsure? That is the deal. That is what nobody wants to talk about. We glamorize glow ups but skip the part where you cry on the floor, question your whole existence, and wonder if it is all falling apart or if you’re going to end up old, wrinkly, with six cats, a bush, and a bald spot. Spoiler alert, it is not. You are just creating a new stronger version of you.
And whether you like it or not , it will be a better version solely because you are learning more about yourself and more than you knew yesterday.
Some of my lowest, and I mean rock bottom, moments gave birth to my most insane comebacks. Call it God, call it the quantum field, I do not care. The world has a way of leveling itself out, and when it does, it snaps.
So now, when things feel like absolute trash, I do not spiral like I used to (not all the time atleast) . I do not take it as a sign that the world is against me. I take it as a heads up. I get quiet. I get focused. I get excited. Because I know the plot twist is coming.
That’s all
Love , P
